Selected Free Legal Fee options withdrawn from 4 March 2010
We have listened to your feedback and have reviewed our product range. From 4 March 2010 we'll be withdrawing House Purchase and First Time Buyer products with Free Legal Fees. The change is part of Nationwide's commitment to offering you a simplified range of mortgage options, making it easier for you to find the right product for your clients.
To support first time buyers we still offer a range of products with a reduced product fee of £495.

To reserve existing products
You can reserve products online through our e-trading website or via MTE until 5pm on Wednesday 3 March 2010. Paper applications for the current products must reach the Service Centres by 5pm on Wednesday 3 March 2010 and have a valid form of payment for the booking fee.
If the booking fee is not received with the application we'll return or cancel the application and no product will be reserved.
